I felt compelled to write this review after the customer service I received from Christopher Smart. I ordered the Youth - Savage Oni Mask Rashgaurd for my son and was immediately happy with the quality of the product and the detail in the design. Sadly when I had my son try it on it didn’t fit (he is a bit on the hefty side). I wanted to do an exchange but a larger size would result in it being too long. I reluctantly reached out to retrograppler to request a return. Christopher responded promptly and handled my request professionally and with a high class level of customer care. Although the product didn’t work out, due the quality of the product received and the customer service I will definitely shop here again if not exclusively for my swim wear needs in the future. Thank you Mr. Smart. Nice to know quality customer care still exists.
