Can I return a custom item if I don't like it or if it doesn't fit?

No, sorry! We cannot accept returns for custom items. Be sure to check the size guide or reach out to clarify any questions you have before ordering!

 

What types of files work best for the rashguard customizer?

The best files to use are vector files such as .SVG, .AI, or .PDF. If these file types are not available for your art, we ask that you upload a large format file at 300 dpi. Typically a files at 300 dpi at least 3600 px high works best!

 

How long does it take to produce a custom rashguard, short, or muay thai jersey?

In general it will take 6-8 weeks to produce your custom product. From time to time we see delays with US Customs, but these are few and far between.

 

Will the colors be a 100% match the mockup?

The colors you see on screen are created using backlit RGB using an additive colors. The colors on your rashguard are created using CMYK subtractive colors. This means what you see onscreen will be more vivid than what is printed on your rashguard, so matching the colors is very difficult.

 

Are there any additional fees to making these rashguards?

Maybe, but we try not to charge extra. If you have a complicated design that requires color correction, we will work with you to ensure the colors closely resemble your artwork. If we find the level of effort requires a color correction fee, we will discuss this with you prior to producing the product.

 

What if I want a completely custom illustration? Can you do that?
